SHIPMENT AND FEES
Shipment prices vary depending on the final destination of the order. As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from STUDIOMANKA.COM are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items. Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.
Orders are shipped from STUDIOMANKA.COM, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday. STUDIOMANKA.COM ships worldwide using GLS, TNT, DHL, FedEx, (depending on final destination) standard shipping. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. STUDIOMANKA.COM shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of STUDIOMANKA.COM. Orders with available merchandise are shipped within 1 - 3 working days as order placement. In all cases, STUDIOMANKA.COM reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. We reserve the right to stop a delivery at any time, including after despatch, if we suspect that the transaction might be fraudulent.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from STUDIOMANKA.COM specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or STUDIOMANKA.COM.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. STUDIOMANKA.COM packages are carefully packed. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact STUDIOMANKA.COM at email@example.com If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the STUDIOMANKA.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Hungary at the Clients expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Hungary. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
STUDIOMANKA.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
